For a lot of people, summer is a time for barbeques, vacations, resting and having fun, but at the Congar Institute, we continue working.  It's not that we are complaining, but there are so many interesting projects about to start that we just keep going, preparing the activities and programs that will keep us busy in the fall and winter.  In this newsletter, we would like to share with you all that excites us and keeps us busy in the middle of this Texan summer, that besides being hot is being productive.
